Tomorrow is a regular holiday
Of all the 12 months of the year, December has the highest number of holidays. And to kick off the long holidays, President Gloria Arroyo has declared December 1, tomorrow, as a regular holiday throughout the country in observance of Bonifacio Day. President Arroyo, through Proclamation No. 1463, also declared December 25 (Christmas Day) and 30 (Rizal Day) as regular holidays and December 26, 29 and 31 as special non-working holidays.
