Prices of school supplies starting to rise

With classes beginning in June, parents who were victimized by the Legacy pre-need companies are unlikely to see any returns on their investments. The SEC said it has not been able to proceed with the liquidation of Legacy's trust funds because these funds are still tied up to the cases against Legacy. The SEC added that it is urging other pre-need companies to prioritize payouts to educational plan holders with beneficiaries enrolling this coming semester.
