RP's H1N1 cases jump to 46
Thirteen new cases of influenza A (H1N1) were confirmed over the weekend bringing the Philippines' total swine flu cases to 46 from 33 last Friday. Since all cases in the country have turned out to be mild, Health Secretary Francisco Duque said it will soon no longer be necessary to conduct contact tracing and hospital confinement of new infections, adding that those who get sick should just treat their illness like the common flu and stay at home.
